We offer several convenient ways to pay for your online order at iStore.mu.

Pay on Delivery (COD): Choose this option at checkout if you prefer to pay in cash upon receiving your order.

MCB Juice: Use your MCB Juice account to pay securely online during checkout.

Credit/Debit Card: We accept major credit and debit cards for online payments through our secure checkout process.

Card Swipe on Delivery: For some locations, you might be able to swipe your card with the delivery personnel upon receiving your order.

For in-stock products, we deliver within 48 hours of your order. For pre-ordered items, it typically takes a week.

Yes, you can return, or exchange items purchased online as long as the packaging is not opened or tampered with. Please visit our website for our return and exchange policy

We currently offer delivery at your location within 72 hours for in-stock products. For pre-ordered items, it typically takes a week for delivery.

Unfortunately, we don't currently offer in-store pickup for online orders. We are an online-only retail store for Apple products.

Apple-branded hardware product and accessories contained in the original packaging (“Apple Product”) come with a One-Year Limited Warranty.

The Apple Limited Warranty covers a battery that fails from a defect in manufacturing, but it doesn't cover batteries that wear out from normal use. The cost to replace a battery depends on your iPhone model and if the issue is covered by warranty or an AppleCare plan. For more info kindly click https://www.apple.com/legal/warranty/
